Reaching our school is easy. We are located in one of the prestigious streets of Rome, Via Nazionale. From our headquarters we are moved by admiring a unique view in the world. We think that beauty generates beauty and we transfer this philosophy to the activities to promote the culture of extra virgin olive oil.
The space available for those who attend our activities is as follows:
- A large and bright classroom that has n. 25 workstations with single desks and teacher’s workstation and we also have the technical and logistical equipment needed to carry out training activities. Both in the classroom and along the corridors of the school it is also possible to contemplate a vast selection of quality extra virgin olive oils from all over Italy.
- A panel room recognized and compliant with the C.O.I. guidelines. (international olive council) and mandatory for carrying out professional courses to certify tasters recognized by the Lazio Region. As required by the regulation, the room consists of 8 structured and well-equipped cabin stations for carrying out organoleptic evaluations during the sensory analysis provided during the courses.
- A meeting room is available for the School’s educational activities.
